About the Position

Gemaa Ifran is organizing a competitive examination for the recruitment of one (01) Health Technician, First Class, Salary Scale 10, specializing in Health and Environment. This examination is scheduled for Sunday, November 23, 2025, at 9:00 AM at Al Allal El Fassi High School in Ifran, or other institutions if necessary.

Conditions and Requirements

Candidates must be Moroccan nationals, at least 18 years old and not exceeding 45 years old as of January 1, 2025. They must hold a Diploma in Advanced Health and Paramedical Techniques awarded by a higher institute of nursing and health techniques under the Ministry of Health, or an equivalent diploma recognized according to regulations. The position is subject to the general statute of public service and specific regulations governing local authorities and health technicians.

Examinations

The examination consists of a written test and an oral or practical test, or both. The written test covers general subjects or multiple-choice questions (QCM) related to the job functions or the responsibilities of local authorities. The oral/practical test allows the examination board to discuss various topics with the candidate or assess their practical skills in the required specialty. Candidates must achieve a minimum score of 12 out of 20 in the written test to qualify for the oral/practical test. The duration of the written test is 3 hours with a coefficient of 3, and the oral/practical test has a duration of 15 to 45 minutes with a coefficient of 4.

Successful candidates will be selected based on their overall average score, with a minimum of 10 out of 20, and ranked according to merit. A waiting list will also be established.

Candidate Application File

• Application form with candidate's full name, address, phone number, email, and signature.
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) with a recent photograph, including professional experience or work certificates if applicable.
• Copy of the National Identity Card.
• Copy of the required diploma or certificate, along with a copy of the equivalency decision if applicable. Only diplomas and certificates meeting the required level and specialization will be accepted; certificates of success are not sufficient.
• Two stamped envelopes bearing the candidate's name, address, phone number, and email.
• For employed candidates, a written authorization from their current administration is required.
• Proof of status for preferred candidates (e.g., resistance fighter, national dependent, ex-serviceman/veteran, or person with disabilities) must be provided by the relevant authority.

Application Submission and Deadline

Application files must be submitted to the registry office of Gemaa Ifran against a receipt, or sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the President of Gemaa Ifran, Hay Riyadh, Ifran City. The deadline for submission is Friday, October 24, 2025, at 4:30 PM. The postmark date will be considered as proof of submission.

Announcement of Results

The announcement of the examination, the list of accepted candidates, and the final results will be published on the public employment website (www.emploipublic.ma), the national portal for local authorities (www.collectivites-territoriales.gov.ma), and the electronic portal of the Gemaa council. Posting at the Gemaa headquarters also serves as an invitation to candidates. The results will be published in order of merit and within the limit of available positions.
